Initiative
The objective
of our initiative is for our projects to meet the State of North Carolina's
goal of 10% for participation by minority businesses in the total value
of work for each project for which a contract or contracts are awarded.
Our objective is also to encourage job training and small business development
among minority construction workers. The following list of contractors,
subcontractors and material suppliers may be used to help identify MBE
firms primarily located in parts of eastern North Carolina. Please verify all
