This project involved renovating an existing apartment building in downtown Wilson. The original building was named for the owner's two daughers, Virginia and Rita. Our design incorporated a new stained glass and copper canopy by Smithfield sculptor Frank Creech to replace the missing canopy. The project was funded by a HUD program.
