From the Community Center, residents can look across the courtyard to a view of Buffalo Mountain to the south. The mountain can also be enjoyed from each apartment. This project consists of 19 one bedroom apartments and a two bedroom apartment for the manager. The community center includes a commons area with kitchen, office, toilets, laundry room and porch. The covered walkway connects all the apartments to each other and to the community center, as well as the mailboxes. The courtyard, porch, covered walkway, community center and apartments all offer scenic views of Buffalo Mountain to the south.
