This cast in place concrete structure was designed by our firm, along with our structural engineer, T. C. Howard, to be located in the downtown government center. It was designed to provide a place for school children, who are visiting the state government center and museums, to sit on the steps and enjoy their bagged lunches. The structure was sized to accommodate one bus load of school children.
